Validity: The Cotswolds Wellness Hub Gift Voucher ("Voucher") is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.

Redemption: Vouchers can be redeemed against any event offered by Cotswolds Wellness Hub. Events are subject to availability and require advance booking.

Non-Refundable: Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the Voucher.

Transferability: Vouchers are transferable and may be gifted to others. However, they cannot be sold or transferred for value. The Cotswolds Wellness Hub reserves the right to refuse redemption if any fraudulent activity is suspected.

Booking: To redeem the Voucher, the holder must contact Cotswolds Wellness Hub directly by email at hello@cotswoldswellnesshub.co.uk.

Cancellation Policy: If a booking made using a Voucher is cancelled by the voucher holder, the cancellation must comply with Cotswolds Wellness Hub's standard cancellation policy. Failure to do so may result in the Voucher being redeemed and no longer valid.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers: Cotswolds Wellness Hub is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of Vouchers. It is the holder's responsibility to keep the Voucher safe.

Value: If a purchase exceeds the value of the Voucher, the balance must be paid by the voucher holder using another payment method accepted by Cotswolds Wellness Hub. If a purchase is less than the value of the Voucher, the remaining balance will not be refunded but may be applied to future purchases until the expiry date.
