We've got something a bit different lined up for you. Picture this: a relaxing evening walk through the picturesque Painswick Valley, complete with a refreshing cold water dip for the brave-hearted, all rounded off with a laid-back cheese and wine session at the Falcon Inn. 🍇💦

The Plan:

We're meeting at the Falcon Inn and we kick off with a guided mindful walk through the breathtaking landscape, with a special stop for those looking to embrace the exhilarating chill of a cold water dip. Then, as the evening cools down, we head back to The Falcon for an expert-led cheese and wine tasting. It's casual, it's fun, and it's something a little different from your standard Friday night.

Here's the nitty-gritty:

Cost: £40 per person, including a £2.50 donation to Sunflowers Suicide Support, a cause very close to my heart and my chosen charity this year.

What to Bring:
